Our Beginnings And Where We’re Headed
Isikel was women-founded in 2016 through Texas’s Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program. We began as a medical supply sales and distributing company and have since expanded to include a startup medical manufacturing company, and a full-scale clinical engineering service provider. Recently named one of Houston Business Journal’s Fast 100 and Innovation top companies, we are excited about the future of Isikel as a medical distributor, domestic manufacturer of critical medical supplies and clinical engineering services.
Our Mission
We are committed to becoming a leader in environmental sustainability and protecting the Earth’s natural resources through education, innovation, and the efficient use of land, energy, water, and green products/services in our operations. At our new manufacturing facilities, we will recycle roughly 25,000 gallons of water per day by utilizing the wastewater generated from the saline water filtration system for use in the glove manufacturing lines. Furthermore, glove lines will recycle approximately 70% of all water utilized daily for line operations.Â

Isikel Manufacturing
Our medical supply manufacturing team will produce nitrile medical exam gloves, saline IV bags, and saline flushes. Our 196k Sq. Ft. manufacturing facility in Katy, TX, aims to be a regional solution to supply chain disruption that has caused ongoing shortages of these critical medical supplies. Our state-of-the-art facility, innovative production technology, and a revolutionary process for the saline bag and flush filling procedure will allow us to offer our customers competitive pricing and supply chain resiliency. Our medical supplies will be fully FDA approved and certified.
Isikel Clinical Engineering Technology
Our clinical engineering team partners with you to support medical equipment inventory and supply chain management, including equipment availability, sourcing, purchasing, and sales as well as technician services and system-wide program leadership. Whether you need labor-only services or a customized clinical engineering program for your hospital system or medical facility, we pride ourselves on offering superior services and expedient solutions every step of the way.
